#24

I might not be a extreme music fanatic like most of my friends but that doesnt mean I don't like to jam out while I'm in the car. Some of my favorite Radio Stations also have online equivalents that are just as great. Take for instance my favorite country radio station, KILT has a excellent radio player available on their website.

There’s also loads of ways to get your hands on some good music. Now whether or not those ways are legal is another story. Personally I try to avoid sites like Limewire, even with the option of filtering non-legal searches. Sometimes though when your friends with a lot of techno junkies and want to hear the latest remix of "After All" by Delirium, iTunes just wont cut it.

After trying out a few of the sites I instantly fell in love with music.download.com, the fact that you can subscribe to see when your favorite artist publish or allow new downloads of their songs was to much of a bargain for me. It took me a while to find the search bar (which is located at the bottom right hand corner) and when I did, I was shocked to see that they indeed had some of my favorite artist. When I had some free time I downloaded a "Live Edition of Baby its Fact" by Hellogoodbye, the quality surpasses a lot of other sites I've used in the past (Even though it was recorded in front of a live audience).

The only draw back I was able to come across would be the lack of songs that each artist has listed. I feel that at least some of the popular ones could be added, or even a rotation would be a good addition to the site. Overall I found it relatively easy to transfer the songs to my iPod and have a spot on my FireFox bookmarks just for this site. Thanks IHCPL!
